Tulsi, also known as holy basil, offers a sweet, slightly spicy, complex and magical scent with notes of bubblegum and crushed cloves. One of my absolute favorites, I carry one with me everywhere I go. Uplifting & a sense of ease with every drop. Offers deep hydration when used under one of our tallow balms or face oils.

RITUAL

Slow’s hydrosols are grown, harvested, and distilled by hand in our small home apothecary using traditional copper steam and hydro-distillation. Each batch is made with care to preserve the plant’s delicate aromatic constituents within its water, creating a whole botanical preparation rather than a byproduct of essential oil production.

Mist generously over clean skin whenever your skin needs a little refreshment and nourishment. Use on its own, layer beneath oils and creams, or incorporate into your favorite botanical ritual.

STORAGE & FRESHNESS

Our hydrosols are best used within 12 months of distillation. Store in a cool, dark place away from heat and direct sunlight. For extended freshness, refrigerate after the first 12 months; refrigeration may subtly alter the scent profile.

As with all fresh botanical waters, exposure to heat, light, and air can accelerate oxidation and alter the hydrosol over time. Keep the cap securely closed and store with care to preserve its freshness, aroma, and quality.
