raw apple cider vinegar, raw/local honey, Calendula officinalis (calendula), Plantago major (plantain leaf), Althaea officinalis (marshmallow root)

RITUAL

Shake well and drop 2-3 droppers-full into your mouth neat or get wild and add to a little sparkling mineral water for a mocktail. Also, fantastic in your favorite herbal infusion!

*1-3 times per day when desired
