Daily Glow begins with whole rose and elderflower slowly infused into a blend of bioavailable oils chosen for their ability to support balanced, resilient skin. These skin-loving botanicals are paired with saffron and reishi ~ carefully selected ingredients that offer depth and vitality to the preparation.
The infusion is layered into jojoba, marula, camellia, emu, and squalane, creating a lightweight oil that absorbs beautifully while delivering lasting nourishment.

This versatile oil can be used as a gentle oil cleanser or applied after misting the skin to nourish and seal hydration.

RITUAL
Shake well - the saturated butters will naturally settle at the bottom.
As a daily oil - Begin by spritzing your face with a hydrosol (this one is our favorite). While face is still damp, massage Daily Glow thoroughly onto face and decolletage.
As an oil-cleanser - Wet a small portion of a soft cloth with warm water, then apply 5-10 drops of oil onto the dampened portion of the cloth. Gently massage the face and neck with the cloth to remove make-up or build up from the day. Post-cleanse rinse is optional, spritz with hydrosol and finish with an Elixir, Face Butter or Overnight Balm.
*a small amount of sediment at the bottom of this oil is normal. I triple strain all oil infusions, however, tiny plant particles from powdering our freshly dried herbs sometimes make it through the cloth. This is medicine and will not harm your skin! Simply shake your bottle and mix it all up!

Jojoba oil rebalances natural sebum production, absorbs well and softens the skin. Sea Buckthorn Berry oil is loaded with antioxidants and offers a plethora of micronutrients including Vitamin C and E and essential fatty acids to promote skin hydration, elasticity, and cell regeneration.
Marula oil is rich in oleic acid and easily penetrates the outer layer of your skin, offering its skin-nourishing properties and leaving your silky smooth.
Squalane oil deeply moisturizes, softens the skin, improves firmness and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Non-comedogenic and perfect for all skin types.
Camellia Oil is a seed oil, but very low in PUFAs and has a unique composition of oleic acids and vitamins, offering a plethora of benefits to your skin (smoothing fine lines, deep moisture, reduced redness/inflammation and improved elasticity). Camellia oil also has a similar molecular weight and composition as human sebum, making it absorb quickly and leaving your skin deeply nourished.

Elderflowers are one of my favorite herbs for the skin. Nutrient and antioxidant rich, elderflower infused oil rejuvenates and tones the skin - you'll notice a difference after one use!
Saffron has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, making an excellent ingredient to help keep your skin clean and clear of breakouts! Works wonders at for clarifying the skin and evening out its tone.

Even though ALL of Slow's creations are made with pure and organic ingredients, and it is highly unlikely that any reaction will occur, it is still wise to always begin with a small amount to test for irritation.
Each product is made in micro batches by me in our home-based apothecary and there may be some variation from batch to batch, but ratios remain the same.
